Shipping Instructions — Please Read Before Sending Your Slide

This service is for non-serialized firearm components only. We do not accept serialized frames, receivers, or complete firearms.

For slide engraving and finishing services, SHIP YOUR SLIDE ONLY.

Your slide must be fully disassembled before shipping. Remove all internal components and accessories, including the barrel, recoil spring/guide rod, firing pin/striker assembly, extractor components, sights, optic, optic plates, and any other removable hardware.

DO NOT SHIP:

• Complete firearms
• Serialized frames or receivers
• Barrels
• Recoil spring/guide rod assemblies
• Optics
• Sights or other accessories
• Ammunition

Packages containing serialized firearm components or other items not required for the selected service may be refused or returned at the customer's expense.

Where to Ship

After placing your order, securely package your fully disassembled slide and ship it to:

Include your name and order number inside the package so your slide can be matched to your order.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and adequate insurance for the replacement value of your slide. Keep your tracking information until your order has been received.

Packaging

Protect the slide with bubble wrap or other suitable protective material and place it inside a sturdy shipping box. Do not ship a slide loose inside an envelope or box.

Inmortales Co. is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate customer packaging or for packages lost or damaged before they are received.

Before Shipping

Please verify that:

Your order has been placed and paid for.
The slide is completely disassembled.
No serialized components are included.
No barrel, optic, sights, ammunition, or unnecessary parts are included.
Your name and order number are inside the package.
