Welcome to Inmortales Co. By purchasing from this website, placing a custom order, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products & Custom Orders

Many of our products are custom-made, laser engraved, handmade, or made to order. Due to the nature of custom work, slight variations in engraving depth, color, placement, wood grain, metal finish, leather texture, or handmade appearance may occur and are considered normal.

Payment

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom or made-to-order items. If there is an issue caused by an error on our end, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customer-Supplied Items

Items supplied by customers for engraving or customization are worked on at the customer’s own risk. Inmortales Co. is not responsible for damage caused by hidden defects, coatings, material inconsistencies, manufacturing defects, or reactions during the engraving or customization process.

Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on workload, material availability, shipping delays, or project complexity.

Shipping

Inmortales Co. is not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages caused by shipping carriers once orders have been transferred to the carrier.

Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use submitted logos, artwork, trademarks, or copyrighted materials. By submitting artwork, the customer confirms they have the legal right to use it.

Firearm & Restricted Item Policy

Customers are solely responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding any items submitted for customization. Inmortales Co. reserves the right to refuse service for any item at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Inmortales Co. shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.
